Marks:
Vivid to Vanished

After choosing a self-portrait project for my A-levels, I continued to pursue art—first in London, and later under the guidance of Francisco Gomez at Taller Milans, once a vibrant art space in Barcelona’s old town. My paintings are marked by vivid, symbolic colors, weaving traditional Austrian motifs into figurative compositions with autobiographical, surreal, and magical-realist dimensions. My drawings, by contrast, follow a different rhythm: built from simple lines that blur into shifting shades, they often feel partly vanished—like a glimpse, a suggestion, charcoal dissolving into dust, or water stirred by wind.
